In “It’s Time”, we talk to the frontrunners of the Dutch hydrogen economy, the people and projects driving the hydrogen transition forward.
In Episode 2, we visit Deventer, where GROHW is building an open green hydrogen network, making the decentralized hydrogen chain a tangible reality for companies outside the major energy clusters (cluster six). In a region where grid congestion makes decarbonization even more challenging, a pathway to connection and scale-up is now taking shape.
A collaboration between government, education, and industry that shows how, at the local level, hydrogen can be key to greater energy independence and to relieving an overloaded electricity grid.
